Sometimes, when I gave birth to a party or something that I have a hangover the next day. I know that because of surf caused - Sugar + alcohol blood preasure and causes headaches and dehydration Nuasis.
But last night with some friends and party all night. I had a couple of years 40 and need to be hung over very well preserved. However, I sleep even less than you normally (such as 5 1 / 2 hours) and woke up refreshed and ready to go in the morning.

I think I can do w / lack of sleep. You do not have to give your body a chance that all the sugar was added. Also, since its launch has not drained poorly and I'm sure he drank a little, instead of waking up from 8 hours of non-liquid. thats my 2 cents.
B vitamins support and juice or sports drinks (Gatorade) to some of the things that we lack a hangover caused. Even the chicken or honey helps.
