I need help loosing weight fast!!!? - boat shaped wedding invitation kit

OK, I'm engaged! Yay! so I had a hard life, many questions from family, friends betray me, betray their friends and now I'm married the love of my life and always in June 2011. Iam 20 male 5'8 weighs 290 pounds (I'm what you call the apple shape), and I feel terrible that not even fit me, I am because of what I experienced being overweight, I know I eat too get bad food and obesity guilty. Im not to blame anyone but myself .. Nevertheless, if I'm married, of course, we wanted to start a family and my doctor told me that I weigh 150, so being a healthy weight, may be pregnant. I want to lose at least 90 pounds before June 2010, so I can go dress shopping for my wedding dress, and perhaps a good feeling about mysElf, for once. I used to in baseball, and I would like to return, but I have to lose too much weight because I can not even run faster!. No money for Jenny Craig or nothing. I tried to practice, I have tried a diet, but honestly, it's not work for me. I must join in a position to see the results to something. Can anyone give me some help? I am really depressed with the weight I gained and I do not know what to do .. My girlfriend thinks I am pretty loose, so the attempt to weight, but for everyone, but I honestly still confused. Who in the same boat as me and has lost weight? Also, I speed walk at least half an hour a day and doing nothing. HELP?? Any tips or products that work!
